Hello and welcome to my personal website! Thank you for visiting! I am Ruben AKA RubenAzaHeker (in hungarian: Ruben Az A Heker), or That Hacker Ruben in english. I specialise in Retro Computing (70's onwards), I do a bit of coding, tho I am very much learning and I also run Local Large Language Models at home, I do it because I simply want to mess around with Artificial Intelligence.

Going a bit personal: While I really much love technology, I also do music, but I am bad at it... I play a few instruments: Guitar (Bass, classical, electric and acouistic of course), Violin, Viola, Piano (and synth) and rarely I try to sing, but I am no where close to being a singer. I have made personal songs, which I have not published, not fully at least, yet.

The Picture on the right, as bad as it sounds, I feel like it resembles me: Doing many things at once, and very messy. Most of the times I overwhelm myself and thats why I start to get messy, this makes me less motivated and I loose interest in a lot of stuff, and then one day I get bored and I regain those interests once again. It's a cycle.

Beacuse of this, I am scared of picking up jobs (coding a website for a client, etc.), becuase I don't always know if I can complete it or no... It's best if there is no time limit, or the limit is stretched out.

I have been collecting retro computer tech since 2021, back then I didn't really know what to do with it, I just got some stuff and I just messed around.

But nowdays I do a lot more thinkering. First off, I fix electronics on the SMD component level, not the most professionally but I can do it with enough time. Plus I really like overclocking, especially ATI's Radeon 9600 series graphics cards, it's my passion to overclock the Radoen 9550s.

Outside of that, I generally like the 2000s decade more than anything else and I find it the coolest decade. (I do have self-diagnosed Anemoia, basically nostalgia for a time when you weren't born yet.)
